You may drop off rugs needing cleaning or restoration at either store. We review each rug when it arrives, measuring size, checking for any necessary repairs and assessing stains. We then gently wash the “old way” floor washing both sides of your rug–not just a cosmetic surface wash! We use fresh cold water, gentle soaps and hang dry in our custom drying room. This process takes approximately one week. We have been washing rugs this way for decades—satisfying generations of Northwest families.
